Pirinoa made no race of the grand final of the Wairarapa regional one tennis competition at the Masterton Tennis Centre on Saturday, beating Martinborough by a handsome 7-2.
The dominance of Pirinoa was well illustrated by their winning all but one of the six singles matches played.
Bruce Holybone, Luke Atkinson and Andy Darling all won in straight sets in the men's section and the Atkinson sisters, Sade and Georgia, did likewise in the women's section.
The sole Martinborough win in the singles came from Marco de Groot who scored a comfortable straight sets victory over Tim Pickering at number two in the order.
The doubles saw Pirinoa continuing to dominate with Holybone and Luke Atkinson grabbing a thriller from de Groot and Chapman.
In the women's matches Sade and Georgia Atkinson also won for Pirinoa, but Martinborough did get a win with Nicholson and Nicholson beating Darling and Pickering 6-4, 7-6.

Men's doubles: Holybone and Atkinson beat Chapman and de Groot 1-6, 6-2, 10-8; Darling and Pickering lost to Nicholson and Nicholson 6-4, 7-6.
Women's doubles: Atkinson and Atkinson beat Lovell and Paterson 6-2, 6-1.
The regional two final saw Opaki beat Masterton 6-2. Results, Opaki names first:
Singles: Chris Davidson beat Tim Vincent 7-5, 6-3; Simon Everitt lost to Pete Hampson 4-6, 3-6; John McNab beat Noel Fussen 6-2, 6-2; Tim Bird beat Brian Tatton 6-2, 6-2.
Doubles: Everitt and Davidson lost to Vincent and Hampson 7-9; McNab and Bird beat Fussen and Tatton 9-2; Everitt and Bird beat Hampson and Tatton 9-1; Davidson and McNab beat Vincent and Fussen 9-4.
The doubles competition was won by Gladstone from Carterton and the midweek doubles by Masterton from Carterton.
