Philippines flag flies on bridge

The flag of the Philippines flies on the Auckland Harbour Bridge today to celebrate independence from Spain, achieved on June 12, 1898.

Transit decides which country's flag will fly on the bridge.

Recently the Swedish, Samoan and Italian flags have all been flown.
