A Masterton aviation company linked to Sir Peter Jackson has suspended its sales of all aircraft, engines, and accessories due to "internal investigations".
The Vintage Aviator, which has a diverse collection of World War I Fighter Aircraft based at Hood Aerodrome, gave a notice to its customers on Monday night, appearing on the company's website and Facebook page.
"Due to ongoing internal investigations, The Vintage Aviator has temporarily suspended all sales of its aircraft, engines, and accessories," the notice said.
It asked customers to contact the company if they had "entered into discussions to purchase any of our aircraft or engines since mid-2016".
