A person has been hospitalised with serious injuries after becoming trapped under a vehicle in South Auckland this afternoon.
A spokesperson confirmed police went to Massey Rd in Māngere East shortly after 4.15pm, where a person “had become trapped under a vehicle”.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand said crews rescued the person from under the vehicle before leaving them with ambulance staff.
“One patient in a serious condition was transported to Middlemore Hospital.”
