Perry in champ side

Chanel College student Eliizabeth Perry was part of the Wellington women's hockey side which won the 2005 national league.
Perry, 17, a national age group rep, was an integral part of the forward line as Wellington edged out North Harbour 1-0 in the semis and Canterbury 5-3 in the final.
It was a thoroughly deserved to title success for Wellington as they went through their latest league programme undefeated and had been runners-up in 2004.
The Wellington men's team which was captained by former Wairarapa player Jamie Schaefer and included Dalefield's Daniel Juno was eliminated in the semi-finals of their 2005 national league.
