Annemarie Browne, the former head of communications for TV3 Network Services, has been appointed chief marketing officer of e-commerce company, eVentures.

Su Cammell, who was involved in the launch of TV3 Ireland, is joining the firm as launch director.

Psychologist Dr Mary-Anne Dehar has joined the human capital group of Watson Wyatt New Zealand Ltd as senior consultant, organisation development. She has been running her own consultancy and has also worked for Morgan & Banks.

The director of operations for Hertz New Zealand, Murray Hodges, has been promoted to managing director. He replaces Ian Thomas who has retired after 30 years with the company.

Raewyn Knight has joined Ranworth Healthcare Ltd as senior occupational therapist. She has had 30 years in occupational therapy as a practitioner and teacher here and overseas, and for the last four years has been in private practice.

The former business development manager for Communicado, Merryn Price has joined Fresh Media Ltd as director, business development.

Stephen Condor and Veronica Harley have joined Deloitte as senior tax managers. Mr Condor has experience in providing taxation planning and management advice to multinational companies, while Ms Harley will provide technical, research, training and tax development analysis to the firm's tax division.

Kerry McDonald and Denholm Shale have joined the board of Owens Group Ltd. Mr McDonald is chairman of Bank of New Zealand, GPS Power, GPS Energy Queensland and the Japan-NZ Business Council, and is deputy chairman of the Institute of Economic Research. Mr Shale, a commercial lawyer, is chairman of Kensington Swan. He is chairman of Munichre New Zealand Service Ltd and a director of Otter Gold Mines Ltd, Zespri International Ltd and others.
