Chrisco Hampers' new general manager is barrister and solicitor, Paul Perniskie. He was with New Zealand Business Supplies as special projects manager and was regional manager for OTC Workplace Partners.

Nicky MacDonald has joined the firm as marketing manager for New Zealand and Australia. She was a producer/director with Digital Masters and has also worked for TVNZ and Mitre 10.

James Rae has become managing director of Informix's new transtasman e-business company, Informix Business Solutions. He was New Zealand managing director of Informix Software.

Goodman Fielder group managing director for New Zealand and Australia, Doug McKay, has joined the board as an executive director. He joined the company in 1998 after working as CEO of Carter Holt Harvey's packaging and tissue business.

The Export Gold brand manager for DB Breweries, Ron Curteis, has been promoted to group brands manager premium. He is replaced by Justin Watson who was trade marketer in Wellington. Mikes Boness has been promoted to brand manager Tui, Nick Rogers becomes assistant brand manager for Tui, while Saskia van der Geest becomes premium new product development manager.

The managing director of Nationwide Finance Ltd, Leo Davis, is the new chairman of the company. He is replaced by Stephen Cole who was executive director. Retiring chairman, Michael Wigg, remains on the board as an independent director.

Sheryl Green is the new general manager of the Auckland office of Morgan & Banks. She joined the firm in 1997 as manager of Alectus and has since managed the Morgan & Banks human resources permanent recruitment and executive leasing business, and sales and marketing permanent recruitment.

The general manager of Atlantis Marketing Ltd, Blair Shanley, has moved to Singapore for two years to lead the firm's development there. He has been with the company for a year and has also held accounting and management positions here and in Britain.
