Jon Vincent has become chief executive officer and director of operations for SelectorGroup.Com, which develops psychometric testing software. He has had 15 years in product and market development in the computer industry, and was owner of the accounting software development company Logical Methods Ltd.

Ron Pearson is the new chief financial officer for South Auckland Health, based at Middlemore Hospital. He was general manager, finance and investments, for Enza for six years, which included a stint managing its Chilean subsidiary. He has also held senior financial positions at Feltex, McConnell Dowell and AFFCO.

Damian Swaffield has taken up a new position as general manager information services with Sky City. He was with KPMG where he worked as a principal consultant, focusing on information management strategies and assessment, and information services.

EMC Corporation has appointed Grant Broadbent as Auckland-based branch manager. He has had 20 years in IT and was sales manager at Prism Solutions.

Bill Hollins has joined the company as senior systems engineer. He was a senior consultant at Informix.

Stephen Donovan has been made a partner in Ernst & Young's entrepreneurial services division. He specialises in strategic business and structural advice to entrepreneurial growth companies and also has experience in mergers and acquisitions. He has been with the firm for four years.

Chris Moore has become a partner in law firm Meredith Connell and will lead its commercial property team. He has had 22 years in property law, covering property investment, construction and development. For the last 10 years he was a partner at Russell McVeagh. He is being joined by Steve Woodfield as senior solicitor.
