The business manager of the outsourcing group of gen-i ltd, Rob Schroder, has been promoted to business solutions manager. He has been with the company (formerly Wang New Zealand) for seven years.

The new general manager for Ihug Business, Vaughan Robertson, has had 15 years in customer database management. He was business manager for Virtual Spectator, the live internet America's Cup product.
