Business software and e-commerce developer exo-net international has appointed Sam Lewis-Roberts as technical resources manager. He will be responsible for the development of the partner technical support infrastructure and will provide a bridge between the sales and business development teams and the partners. Mr Lewis-Roberts has worked for the past 16 years in the field of accounting software development and distribution, for much of the time alongside exo-net co-founder Mark Loveys.

Mindzi Group, which works in the area of internet enabled information systems, has appointed Roger Park as a director of marketing. Mr Park has a background in the graphic art and printing industries, but more recently has been involved in business development with a particular emphasis on the practical application of new technologies.
He is a past president of Printing Industries, Auckland, and remains a director of Xplor International, a worldwide organisation dedicated to enhancing the use of electronic document systems.

She has a bachelor of science degree from Auckland University and qualified as an actuary and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in 1989. For the past five years he has been the ANZ Bank's general manager corporate and institutional banking. Dr Ralph Adler, associate professor of accountancy at Otago University, has been awarded the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) fellowship in business education. He will research case study development in United States business schools with a view to helping to establish a case study centre at Otago serving business schools and corporates.
