Simon Harvey is the new human relations director for TeleTech International (NZ) Ltd. He has a background in HR management with MetLifeCare Ltd, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Fletcher Challenge Forests.

The Wellington Chamber of Commerce's new CEO is Philip Lewin, now deputy director of the trade negotiations division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He takes up the post in January.

David Parkinson is joining Eagle Technology Group as business unit manager, systems integration. He was regional manager for Axon Computertime.

Graeme Smith is the new northern general manager for BOP Fertiliser. He was national sales manager for NZVET, and before that worked for Gallagher Group as national sales and marketing manager. Warwick Catto becomes national manager of agrosciences. He has been in the South Island with the company for 11 years.

The chief executive of the Game Industry Board, Collier Isaacs, has become general manager market services with Meat New Zealand.

The New Zealand managing director of AMP Henderson Global Investors, Murray Gribben, has become director of investment services for Henderson in London. He will be replaced by Catherine Savage, the firm's client services head.

Excell Corporation's new Bay of Plenty regional manager is Bob Shaw. He was managing the company's Canterbury operations, and has also worked with Downer Construction and Technic Roading and Civil Engineering. Paul Coles becomes Wellington regional manager.

The new general manager of Rydges Auckland is Michael Borostyan. He was executive assistant manager, food and beverages, at the Parkroyal Wellington.
