People on the move

Frucor Beverages has promoted marketing manager Evangelia Henderson to general manager marketing for New Zealand and overseas. She has been with Frucor for five years, and has also worked with Reckitt and Coleman in Britain and South Africa and Beecham in South Africa. Ray Nicholls is joining the company in the new position of general manager sales. He was with Progressive Enterprises, and also worked with Heinz Wattie and the Dairy Board. Andrew Fraser has been promoted from group product manager for "V" and Just Juice to marketing manager "V". He has also worked with Coca Cola Schweppes in Britain.

John Statham has become sales manager (Alfa Romeo and Fiat) for Continental Car Services in Newmarket. He was in sales with Percy Motors.

Neil Bradley is joining Colonial First State Investment Managers (NZ) Ltd as national sales and distribution manager. He has had 16 years in financial markets, the last nine specialising in corporate treasury operations. He will develop the company's retail distribution networks. Martin Allison joins as corporate relationships manager. He has been in financial services and superannuation, and will develop relationships with trustees of corporate superannuation schemes and in other areas.

Ernest Ward has become managing director of DaimlerChrysler New Zealand Ltd, which will distribute Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler and Jeep in this country. Mr Ward, a New Zealander, joins the company from DaimlerChrysler Australia Pacific where he was general manager of Mercedes-Benz Queensland and North Rivers, New South Wales.

Executive recruiter Rowen Greatbatch has established a new practice within Cook Executive Recruitment, specialising in the executive IT market. He has had 13 years in recruitment, most recently with Morgan & Banks/Compuforce.

Brad Evans is heading a new regional office for Canadian-based Phoenix Interactive Design Inc, based in Greenlane. The company designs and develops end-to-end software solutions for direct delivery channels such as ATMs, kiosks, Web site and Internet banking and telephone banking. Mr Evans joined the company two years ago as a senior account manager focusing on the North American market. He has also worked for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Proctor & Gamble. The new regional office covers New Zealand and Australia.
