Kerri Osborne and Brad Green have been appointed joint managing directors of new corporate identity and branding consultancy, Imagination. Kerri Osborne has had 12 years as a marketing strategist in international marketing and financial services and Brad Green has worked as a creative strategist on a number of international projects. Imagination is part of the Worldwide Omnicom Group.
The Hyatt Regency Hotel in Auckland has made Franz Mascarenhas director of marketing. He joins the hotel from the Welcomegroup/Sheraton chain where he was regional manager, sales and marketing, for western India. Sean Raine has become director of finance. He was assistant director of finance at the Hyatt Regent Coolum.
Blair Shanley has become general manager of Atlantis Marketing. He succeeds Hamish Franklin who is to join Atlantis Group Singapore.
Steve Haslett is the new manager technology and development, for Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products. He was general manager of engineered wood products. Stana Pezic has become manager business process reengineering. He joined the firm in 1997 and was manager accounting for timber. Stephen Smith has become financial controller. He was financial controller, wood products. Linda Sewell has been promoted to general manager, performance improvement and strategy. She was general manager, performance improvement for Carter Holt Harvey's forest business group. Maurice Reid has returned from the United States and has taken up the position of general manager of New Zealand operations. Kevin Gaunt has joined the firm from the Electricity Corporation to become general manager human resources, while Ken Robertson has become general manager Australian operations.
Jeremy Hunter has joined The Sellotape Company as managing director. He replaces Paul Taylor who has stepped down after 30 years with the company. Mr Hunter is a graduate of Manchester University and has a sales and marketing background.
