A woman is being taken to Middlemore hospital after being hit by a truck in South Auckland this afternoon.
A police spokesman said the pedestrian had been "clipped" by a truck on Great South Road outside the Manukau Holiday park near Costar Place shortly after 12:30.
He said there was nothing to indicate it had been a hit and run.
The spokesman said the patient had been taken to hospital in a serious condition.
