A 24-year-old has died after being struck by a bus in the Horowhenua town of Shannon last night.
Police said emergency services were called to State Highway 57, Plimmer Terrace, around 9.45pm, where the Levin man had been killed.
The road was closed for a time last night as police investigated the incident.
