A pedestrian who was knocked down in Silverdale north of Auckland has died in hospital.
The 59-year-old man was critically injured after being hit by two vehicles on the Hibiscus Coast Highway, opposite a BP service station, about 4.20pm last Thursday.
He died from his injuries in Auckland Hospital on Saturday.
Police want to speak to anyone who saw a man standing in the median strip in the middle of the road before the collision or the crash itself.
