Whittaker's has again used the election to have some fun marketing its famous peanut slab, producing its own pledge card modelled on Labour's credit-card promises.
The company's commitments are modelled on Labour's seven pledges.
Whittaker's on sentences: "We think all sentences should end with a full-stop, or some other form of punctuation."
On genetic engineering: "Brian Whittaker will continue to be the brother with the greater ability to fix the machines."
Pledge No 7 says: "We commit to having more than seven points on this card."
No 8: "We would like to restate our commitment in point seven."
