Auckland's main bus fleet was back on the road yesterday after a stopwork meeting, but its drivers have rejected pay offers.
Most services run by Infratil's NZ Bus division were disrupted for several hours from 9am as hundreds of drivers met at Ellerslie Racecourse to consider two options.
An independent chairman of pay talks between the company and four bus unions, Keith Handley, said the parties would return to talks next week.
