Patients back Labtests

Labtests says exit surveys of its patients this week gave a "thumbs up" to its service.

Nearly 800 of the estimated 24,000 patients who attended Labtests' collection centres from Monday to Thursday were surveyed.

Seventy-three per cent reported they found the service was excellent or good; less than 1 per cent considered the service was poor.
