National and Labour gave Kuripuni attention over Monday and Tuesday.
Labour opted for "hoarding teams" at the Kuripuni roundabout on Monday evening, earning the team - including candidate Kieran McAnulty - plenty of toots, plus the occasional rude gesture from going-home motorists.
National candidate Alastair Scott strolled the Kuripuni shops on Tuesday.
Cherie Wright, of Churchfields shoes, told him she had been overseas for a long time and voting in New Zealand was something new.
"Since coming home, I've realised how much the country has changed," she said.
