We are a primary school based in the South Wairarapa with 262 students, and we are looking for a part-time administrative assistant/receptionist.
• You must be friendly, well spoken, organised, computer literate and willing to assist in all aspects of office administration.
• You will need to enjoy interacting with students and parents alike.
• Have a can-do attitude & can pick up new tasks quickly.
• Have a professional phone manner.
• Are experienced in reception and or administration.
• Be a problem-solver, innovative thinker, dedicated and a great sense of humour.
The perfect candidate will have a positive attitude, good timekeeping, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed. You must be a permanent NZ resident.
Hours are 9.00am to 12.30pm, 5 days per week, with flexibility of hours.
