The Boobs on Bikes convoy's debut in Wellington will not be allowed to finish up on the steps of Parliament as organiser Steve Crow is planning.
The convoy will travel through Wellington tomorrow afternoon but will find the gates of Parliament closed.
A spokesman for the Speaker of the House, Margaret Wilson, said even though Mr Crow had signalled he was coming, he had not formally asked permission - which would be turned down anyway.
