Parking warden threatened with paintball gun

A council parking warden was threatened with a paintball gun in Auckland today.

Police are speaking to several witnesses in Grey Lynn , following a complaint from the warden at 11.20am.

A paintball gun was seized by police, after they visited a man at a house.

A man will be appearing in Auckland District Court facing firearm offences, said Inspector Chris Robinson.
