KEY POINTS:
Police were today continuing their investigations into the slaying of a Palmerston North man.
The man's body was found in a Rangitikei Street flat early yesterday after neighbours alerted police.
Police said that the victim had been violently attacked.
Two other men at the address were arrested and charged with assault.
The flat, which was in a block of four, was still cordoned off this morning as police and scientists continued scene of crime examinations.
Police are expected to issue a statement later today.
