Two men charged with the murder of a Rebels Motorcycle Club gang member found dead near a Canterbury river this month have pleaded not guilty today.
Christchurch father-of-one Brad Lomax's body was found on the banks of the Waimakariri River near Harrs Rd about 10pm on September 4.
Name suppression lapsed today for Kasha William Gosset, a 35-year-old landscape gardener from Oxford, and Cody Derek Martin, a 30-year-old drainlayer from Mairehau, who are charged with murdering 24-year-old Lomax.
The pair appeared via audio-visual link at the High Court in Christchurch this morning.
From a split-screen view, Gosset who had a black eye, appeared to taunt Martin, pointing to a tattoo on his arm, giving the finger to the camera, and running his finger across his neck in a slashing motion.
