A senior Hell's Angels gang member cruised the North Island on his motorcycle dropping off "P" and cannabis.
Kishor Chandra Singh, 41, would ride his Harley Davidson to meeting places between Auckland and Napier where he delivered 493g of methamphetamine and 4.5kg of cannabis over five months in 2010.
"Oysters" and "mussels" was code for the drugs - according to the phone conversations taped by police in Operation Prince - which were exchanged for up to $44,000 cash at each of the 17 deals.
In the High Court at Napier this week, Singh was given a jail term of eight years and 11 months after admitting the supply of methamphetamine and cannabis. The debt collector was one of six people jailed for roles in a drugs ring that distributed at least $800,000 worth of methamphetamine in Hawkes Bay.
The others were all from Hawkes Bay, headed by William Gordon Paul, 42, and his sister Manu Hine Ngarona, 49, the self-proclaimed "Queen of Crack".
