More than 300 Christchurch buildings have now been earmarked for demolition.
Civil Defence has just announced another 123 buildings in peril in addition to 180 already named.
On the latest list are 87 buildings confirmed for demolition, and 20 of those have a heritage listing.
Another 28 are listed for possible demolition and a handful more could possibly be made safe.
That makes a total of 307 buildings facing the bulldozer with National Civil Defence Controller John Hamilton unable to confirm how many have already been levelled. He expects hundreds more buildings to join that list.
