Bostock New Zealand is NZ's largest organic apple grower and we have an opportunity for someone to be an integral part of an enthusiastic team within a financially strong, expanding entrepreneurial business based in the vibrant Hawkes Bay region.
We are looking for a hands on Orchard foreman who is focused, organised, can lead and motivate a team for best results, has exceptional work ethic and is eager to learn and develop within the organic apple industry.
The key attributes for this postion are:
* Proven orchard operations and practices
* Confident leadership skills
* Ability to work long hours and up to 7 days due to the seasonal fluctuations
Applicants must have the following:
* Eye for detail and be able to work unsupervised
* Be physically fit and wiling to be hands on
* Strong communications skills
* Computer competency
* Full driver's license is required
The successful applicant will be provided with company vehicle, cell phone and remuneration commensurate with experience.
