Three aspiring New Zealand singers have been selected by New Zealand Opera as 2008-09 Dame Malvina Major emerging artists.
Anna Argyle, a soprano from Christchurch, Claire Barton, a mezzo soprano from Dunedin, and Daniel O'Connor, a baritone from Wellington will have a year-long internship, including vocal tuition with Dame Malvina.
