Opaki, Gladstone battle continues

The battle continues between Opaki and Gladstone to see which of the two teams will meet Martinborough in the grand final of the Wairarapa Tennis Association's regional one competition.
Both teams had big wins on Saturday with Opaki taking an unassailable 5-1 advantage over Carterton with the women's singles and doubles matches to be completed this week
and Gladstone accounting for Masterton 9-0.

MEN'S SINGLES: Russell Broughton beat Kelby Courtney 6-1, 6-1; Brett Dymond beat Liam McMenamin 6-2, 6-2; Matt Stewart lost to Ross Collings 4-6, 4-6; Andrew Colvin beat Ted Rotman 6-3, 6-3.
MEN'S DOUBLES: Broughton and Dymond beat Courtney and McMenamin 6-4, 6-3; Colvin and Stewart beat Rotman and Collings 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
