British pop boy band One Direction, which brought chaos to the streets of Sydney where a dozen youngfemale fans fainted, arrives in Auckland this Friday.
Tickets for the group's three New Zealand shows in Auckland and Wellington are sold out, but the next best thing could be to do some "One Direction spotting".
In Sydney, band members were spotted on a yacht, fishing and stripping off and jumping into the Sydney Harbour for a swim.
The weather forecast for Friday is for the sun to be shining and there is every chance that the the lads, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Zayn Malik, could do the same in the Waitemata Harbour.
The group, which has 2.65 million Facebook and 1.78 million Twitter followers, will be releasing Up All Night: The Souvenir Edition, featuring five additional exclusive tracks to coincide with their New Zealand visit.
