Maungaturoto volunteer firefighters are working to free an injured person trapped after a two-car crash in Northland this morning.
Northern Fire Communications' shift manager Dallas Ramsay said the trapped person had moderate injuries.
The crash, on Hurndall St West in Maungaturoto, 33km north of Auckland, happened just after 7am, Ramsay said.
It is unclear if anyone else was injured.
