You'd expect a comedian to spin you a yarn about a one-legged snowboarder and skateboarder named Robinoneleg.
But Robinoneleg Robinoneleg isn't joking. After his right leg was amputated following an accident in 1998, the comedian and stuntman wanted to go back to doing what he loved best.
That involved designing an artificial limb that allowed him to bend his leg, giving him back the ability to control a skateboard or snowboard.
Today he is a pro snowboarder and skateboarder. And the only person in the world to be named Robinoneleg Robinoneleg.
"I'm a comedian and I'm a one-legged snowboarder so by changing my name to Robinoneleg Robinoneleg made me fully accessible to the world to be found, googled, whatever."
Standing out is not a problem for the veteran performer. "Achieving stuff that is incredibly hard to even conceptualise or imagine for a lot of people... you get appreciation for it."
