One person has been taken to hospital after a small fire broke out in the lunchroom of a factory in Auckland today.
Northern fire communications shift manager Steve Smith said four trucks were called to the scene at the Premium Apparel factory in St Johns, Auckland, about 10.30am.
Mr Smith said a "small fire" had broken out in the lunchroom.
The fire had since been contained, and a fire safety investigator was now at the scene.
He said one person was taken to hospital, suffering from smoke inhalation.
