One dead after tractor rolls in Bay of Plenty

One person is dead after a tractor rolled on a farm in the western Bay of Plenty tonight.

The accident happened at Aongatete, 26km northwest of Tauranga. Police were alerted about 6.20pm, Inspector Lance Gardiner of police northern communications said.

Emergency services were still at the scene. No further details were available, he said.
