On the Move: New IT director at Deloitte Consulting

Tony Bradley has joined Deloitte Consulting as director of information technology. He has had 20 years in IT, including the role of chief executive at AT&T and NCR in Britain, Asia and New Zealand.

* Bicc New Zealand Ltd has appointed Terry Riding as manager of its data and communications group, Brand Red Data Products. He has had 27 years in voice and data cable systems and joins BICC from Telecom, where he held a marketing role.

* Stuart Thompson is joining New Zealand Picture Library as its sales manager/office manager.

He has worked in media and sales in the motor industry here and in Britain, and was most recently an account manager with Photocom.

* Royal & SunAlliance has promoted assistant managing director Christine Scott to managing director of Royal SunAlliance Life and Disability. Roger Bell, who was also an assistant managing director, has become managing director of Royal and SunAlliance Insurance.

* Two new partners have been appointed to law firm Phillips Fox in Auckland. Peter Leman specialises in insurance law and professional indemnity litigation, while Carrie Follas specialises in commercial property and forests. Five other partners have been appointed in Wellington.

* Stephen Gilbert is the new general manager of Premier Print. He has a background in general management, IT and marketing, and has held senior positions with Ernst & Young, Focus Travel, Firestone and Foodtown.

* Dr Peter Browett has become chairman of the medical and scientific committee of the Leukemia and Blood Foundation. He is associate professor of haematology in the department of molecular medicine at the University of Auckland's medical and health science faculty, and a consultant haematologist to Auckland Healthcare, president of the New Zealand Society of Haematology and several international societies.

* Raewyn Lovett is taking over the chairmanship of law firm Duncan Cotterill. She is a partner in the firm's Auckland office.

* House of Travel Holdings Ltd has appointed senior executives John Moffatt of Auckland and Paul Otway of Christchurch to its board of directors. Mr Moffatt, the product development manager, continues to deal with product suppliers.
