TVNZ has secured the rights to broadcast next year's Beijing Olympics on the internet and on mobile phones.
The state broadcaster, which already has the television rights, said the online and mobile phone delivery of the events would offer the opportunity to experience the Games anywhere, anytime.
"We are in a position to offer a seamlessly integrated product across analogue and digital television, on the internet through tvnz.co.nz and TVNZ ondemand, and on mobile phone platforms," said chief executive Rick Ellis.
