Air Hawkes Bay Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Hawkes Bay & East Coast Aero Club and operates both commercial flight and flight training activities from it's base at Hastings Aerodrome.
Duties are varied and include:
• Responsibility for office management and systems
• Providing front line support and customer service
• Accounting functions and reporting
• Coordination of flight schedules
• Supporting management with administrative tasks
• General office duties
The successful applicant will:
• Be self-motivated and have excellent communication skills
• Have experience in office management & systems
• Have the ability to coordinate and organise work schedules
• Have a can-do attitude with initiative
• Have a high level of computer literacy including proficiency with MS Office and MYOB
