A proposal for a private helipad on the Spencer estate beside the Waitemata Harbour has drawn 129 objections and an Auckland Council planner is recommending consent be refused.
Noise from the property in Stanley Point Rd, Devonport, is the main objection to be heard by a council panel this week. The pad would be 44m to 58m from the boundaries of three homes.
