A New Zealand tourist is being flown home after being injured in a plane crash in Vanuatu.
A statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade says there were seven people on board the plane when it crashed at Port Villa yesterday.
Five were New Zealanders.
Two New Zealanders were admitted to hospital last night to be treated for their injuries, and one of those is now being flown home.
The New Zealand High Commission in Vanuatu is providing consular assistance to the Kiwis involved.
