Philippines police are investigating the death of a New Zealander whose body was found in his hotel room in Olongapo City, west of Manila, on Monday. He was Rex Norman Frazer, 61, said police. Mr Frazer appeared to be visiting Olongapo as he was actually living temporarily in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte, the Philippine News Agency reported. Police said he had been last seen alive by hotel employees on Saturday.
