A New Zealand man has been detained in Kenya for suspected involvement in child trafficking and pornography.
38-year-old Ukes Baha is Iranian-born but has a New Zealand passport.
He was arrested when found with two 11-year-old Kenyan girls in the city of Meru.
He said he intended to marry one of them, and had already paid her family eight cows.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs says it's aware of the arrest, and is providing consulate support.
