A New Zealander charged with killing two people in a Christmas Day road smash in Australia is due back before the courts today.
Twenty-year-old Tony Martin was picked up by police at Brisbane International Airport as he tried to leave the country on Boxing Day.
Two women aged 19 and 20 were killed in the smash in the early hours of Christmas morning.
Martin has been held in custody since being charged.
