New Zealand lawyer Maurice Coughlan has withdrawn as Fiji's Supervisor of Elections.
Dr Coughlan was appointed last week by Fiji's Constitutional Offices Commission, but his the commission said it would re-examine his role after it was revealed he had not disclosed that he was once disbarred by the New Zealand Law Society.
