NZ land wars TV drama for children

TVNZ has commissioned a new 13-part drama for children, set in the time of the Land Wars and featuring some spectacular New Zealand scenery.

The Lost Children, produced by Big House Films, is set in 1867 and is about the journey of four children working their way from Taranaki to the South Island.

Filming in Wellington and the South Island begins later in the year.
