KEY POINTS:
A New Zealand digital feature film has won a place in the Cinequest 17 International Film Festival in San Jose, California.
Hidden won the right by screening as part of Cinequest Online, an online film competition for short and feature films.
The film will compete against 28 other feature films from all over the world. It picked up the highest rating for the July-October part of the competition winning it a place at Cinequest 17.
The festival will be held during February-March next year.
