KEY POINTS:
A nurse who wheeled a nappy-clad 89-year-old man through part of a hospital with his hand forced behind his back has been found guilty of professional misconduct.
The Health Practitioners' Disciplinary Tribunal suppressed the name of the nurse, patient and hospital.
It said the partially paralysed man was a difficult patient who had lashed out at the nurse but she was obliged to act professionally in stressful situations.
