A psychiatric nurse has been found guilty of professional misconduct over the verbal abuse of two patients at the Mason Clinic in Auckland in 2003 and 2004.
The Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal said yesterday it was likely Hemi Timu pushed or shoved one patient, but that was not proven.
His penalty is yet to be decided.
