A nurse who was employed by two hospitals, and worked at one while telling the other she was sick was found to have worked dishonestly by the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal.
The nurse, who has interim name suppression, continued to work at Waikato Hospital after claiming ACC payments for an accident at Middlemore.
She faced three counts of professional misconduct relating to her actions, which date back to 2005 and early 2006.
