Police say there does not appear to be any foul play involved in a death of a woman in west Auckland earlier today.
Police were called to a property in Lincoln Road, Henderson, about 10.30am, where they found the deceased.
Early police reports said the deceased was a man in his 30s but Waitemata Police spokesman Kevin Loughlin this afternoon said the deceased was a woman in her 50s.
Mr Loughlin said police would investigate the death but there was nothing to indicate there was anything amiss.
He said a post mortem examination tomorrow should help police establish the cause of her death.
